The Edwards Crossing Bridge spans the South Yuba River at North Bloomfield Road within the South Yuba River Wild and Scenic River Recreation Area. The bridge, which was built in 1904, is eligible for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places. The goal of this rehabilitation will be to increase the load rating of the bridge by repairing any structural deficiencies while minimizing impacts to the aesthetics and historical characteristics of the bridge.

Nevada County will be hosting a public outreach meeting for the project on Wed, Aug 30, from 6pm–8pm.
