Salmon Support from Chefs Across the Nation
Jim McCarthy over at Earthjustice has a blog post on a letter sent today to President Obama, thanking him for his and the First Lady’s efforts at supporting local, sustainable foods, and urging him to support wild salmon.
It is an interesting letter, especially in that it is signed by the likes of Alice Waters and Jacques Pepin. You can read the letter here.
