Quiz Night 3/19/25: This year at The Wild Eye Pub

Started in 2002, Quiz Night is the annual fundraiser for SYRCL’s Youth Environmentalist of the Year scholarship and its year-round River Education programs.

This year, the event is being held on Wednesday, March 19th at The Wild Eye Pub in Grass Valley.

Tickets to Quiz Night are $20 

“SYRCL’s Environmentalist of the Year Scholarship provides a local graduating senior with a scholarship to help lessen the financial burden of higher education and pursue their passion for the environmental field,” says Monique Streit, SYRCL’s Education Director. “Through our annual event, Quiz Night, we are able to raise vital funds that directly benefit this scholarship, helping to nurture the voices that will shape a sustainable future for the Yuba River watershed and beyond.”

SYRCL encourages interested parties to get their team together (no more than five people) to show up and show off from 5:00–9:00pm at The Wild Eye Pub located at 535 Mill St, Grass Valley. Doors open at 5pm and trivia begins at 6:30pm.

In addition to a full bar, The Wild Eye Pub makes fresh, farm-to-table foods using seasonal produce from local, regional, sustainable, and organic farmers, vintners, brewers, & food makers. Their healthy, real food is sourced from humane ranchers, farmers, and suppliers.
