UPDATE AS OF SEPTEMBER 26th: In partnership with multiple agencies and organizations, Nevada County has identified the possible source and property for Friday’s plume on the South Yuba River. Additionally, as of Tuesday, September 24th, both No Swim Advisories on the Middle and South Forks of the Yuba have been lifted because tests have come back that the water is safe for swimming.
