Goldfields Trail

Visit the Yuba Goldfields Trail to learn more about how the Yuba Goldfields formed, how Native American’s utilized this place, and how local groups are working to restore salmon populations in the river. The Yuba Goldfields Trail (3 mile round trip) winds through gravel piles and dredger ponds left from the Gold Rush era before opening up to the Yuba River. The trail can be accessed via Hammonton Road and Hammon Bar (when the river levels are low). Click here for trailhead location information from Google.
