30×30 Virtual Expo Series: October 25- November 17. Hosted by the California Natural Resources Agency, this is a virtual expo experience. Registration for the series is here, and regional meeting for the Sierra Nevada Conservancy and the Tahoe Conservancy will be on November 1st 3-3:30 pm

Virtual Reality fire treatment field tour: Penn State University and the U.S. Forest Service Pacific Southwest Research Station created a Virtual Reality field tour to visualize the different types of prescribed fire treatments and thinning look like in a more immersive way. This tour is ‘located’ within the Stanislaus National Forest as part of a ‘Variable Density Thinning’ study on the Stanislaus-Tuolumne Experimental Forest.
