Tech II volunteers work in collaboration with our paid Tech Leads to manage run-of-show, film projectors, and sound. We seek tech-savvy volunteers to manage the audio mixer levels in sync with our Ki-Pro units to deliver a glitch-free, professional film presentation. Ki-Pro units are hard drive recorders & playback devices. Tech II volunteers will receive full training on equipment prior to the festival.

At this year’s Wild & Scenic Film Festival, we will be asking our membership and festival attendees to sign a letter to Governor Newsom and the State Water Board.
We want to make sure, as part of the process to update the Bay-Delta Plan, that enough water flows through the Delta and to the Golden Gate Bridge to protect salmon and other native species.

The 2024 Wild & Scenic Film Festival (WSFF) has unveiled the full lineup of films for the 22nd annual event – presented by the South Yuba Rivers Citizens League (SRYCL). Taking place February 15-19, 2024, in Grass Valley and Nevada City, CA, the festival will feature 114 environmental and adventure films.
