Request for Proposal: Education, Interpretive Planning and Design within the Lower Yuba River

The South Yuba River Citizens League (SYRCL) invites proposals for the development of an interpretive and education plan for the section of the lower Yuba River between the UC Sierra Field Station and Hammon Park. This project would also include design of interpretive signs, a kiosk and educational materials. We are looking for a qualified team to fulfill the requirements listed below.
