The Yuba-Bear Watershed Council will hold its next quarterly meeting on Thursday, November 10th from 10am – 12pm at the Gene Albaugh Community Room at the Madelyn Helling Library (980 Helling Way Nevada City, CA 95959).

Invited panelists include representatives of the Fire Safe Council, Tahoe National Forest and others with expertise on fire safety, fuels management, and challenges associated with bark beetles.

 (Note: please park in the lower parking lot at the Rood Center)

The Yuba-Bear Watershed Council (YBWC) is a community forum of stakeholders who are taking the initiative to better appreciate the complex watershed relationships in the Yuba and Bear River watersheds and environs, and to protect, restore, and enhance watershed resources. This meeting is open to the public.
