SYRCL’s Volunteer Open House
New to the area? Where is the Yuba? What’s a River Ambassador? How can you help protect our river?
South Yuba River Citizens League has been preserving and protecting our beautiful rivers for 36 years. Each year we need the help of more than 1600 volunteers to lend a hand to our crucial river projects like river monitoring, river ambassadors, youth education offerings, environmental advocacy campaigns, office projects, Wild & Scenic Film Festival, event support and more.
Join us February 19th from 6-7:30pm at the SRYCL headquarters to learn about our watershed, our beautiful river, and ways you can to get involved in our spring and summer work of 2020. Great for anyone new to the area wanting to learn about the Yuba and meet our river community.
