DESCRIPTION:Join us for an informational tour of SYRCL's Salmon &amp\; P
 acker Creek Aspen Restoration Project on Friday\, August 21st. The Tour 
 will begin at 10:00 am and conclude at 12:00 pm.\n\n\n\nLocation: Meet a
 t the Girl Scout Camp parking lot across from USFS Berger Campground at 
 the following coordinates: 39.628883\, -120.644318. \n\n\n\nBring: water
 \, food\, walking shoes\, sunscreen\, sunglasses/sun protection. There w
 ill be no cellular service during the tour. \n\n\n\nAnne Marie Holt\, SY
 RCL's Aspen Restoration Program Manager\, will lead the tour and talk ab
 out the importance of aspen on the western slope of the Sierra Nevada an
 d the role they play in the watershed. The Salmon &amp\; Packer Creek As
 pen Restoration Project will begin its second year of restoration action
  later this month and this tour will cover what was completed in 2025\, 
 what is planned in 2026\, and why restoration is important for this syst
