DESCRIPTION:Planning is underway for a&nbsp\;Reforestation Camp/Workshop
  August 20-21st&nbsp\;in Quincy Ca. The workshop will be 2-days and incl
 ude classroom and field sessions on topics including:\n\n\n\n\nwood remo
 val best practices\, site prep\n\n\n\ncompeting vegetation\n\n\n\nseedl
 ing sourcing\, nursery considerations\n\n\n\nclimate informed reforestat
 ion considerations\n\n\n\ndelayed reforestation considerations\n\n\n\n\
 nThe workshop is being planned in coordination with UCCE and will featur
 e experts in the specific topics. Lodging is available free of charge at
  UC Berkeley Forestry Camp the night of Aug 19 and 20\, where classroo
 m portions will also take place. Food will be included. The workshops wi
 ll be roughly from 8:00 am-evening on August 20\, and 8:00 am-3:00 pm on
  August 21. We are actively working on procuring funds to cover costs a
 ssociated with travel to Quincy.  Workshop will be capped at 30 people 
 and will be first come first serve\, with a waitlist. RSVP here and pl
 ease do so ASAP if you'd like to come as this workshop will likely fill
  up quickly!
