POSTPONED – Earth Day Student Art Exhibit

March 24 @ 5:36 pm

FREE

In collaboration with Yuba Water Agency, South Yuba River Citizen League’s (SYRCL) 2020 Wild & Scenic Film Festival (WSFF) is inviting middle and high school student artists from far and wide to submit their environmental artwork for possible inclusion at the 18th Annual Wild and Scenic Film Festival Middle and High School Student Art Exhibit. Please note: the deadline has been extended due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Exhibition date and venue will be announced after we receive the all-clear to organize future events.

WSFF uses environmental and adventure film to inspire activism and we are seeking art submissions that do the same. Middle and school student artists are encouraged to submit pieces that address a broad interpretation of the theme of “environment,” and pieces that deliver a meaningful message.

If you know students who might be interested in the opportunity to showcase their work in front of their community, we encourage you to have them submit their art in our 2020 Call for Student Art HERE.
