Volunteer Opportunities

Photo Caption: Throughout October and November, volunteers provide rafting tours on the lower Yuba River educating hundreds of students about the importance of salmon in our river ecosystems.

Protecting the Yuba takes a lot of hands and we are so grateful for all the volunteer service of our river community. Throughout the year we recruit volunteers for events like Wild & Scenic Film Festival and the Yuba River Cleanup, however, at other times of the year we need help to engage with our community.

We look for volunteers to assist on river outreach and education projects, environmental science & advocacy issues, event postering, data entry, organization and more. Jump in today and lend a hand to the Yuba!
