The success that SYRCL has had over the last 25 years is largely due to the commitment of our local community. Through membership and volunteering, SYRCL’s “River People” have done and continue to do all that it takes to protect their beloved Yuba River. The RiverPeople program produces SYRCL’s people-powered projects, including membership, volunteering opportunities and events.

Since 1983, SYRCL has been the voice of the river. Our work depends on the financial support of the people who love the Yuba and enjoy its many recreational benefits. For many, the Yuba River is Nevada County’s special country club … paying membership dues to SYRCL allows us to continue protecting and restoring this amazing natural resource.

Many of our SYRCL friends prefer to give special donations to be used towards our programs, campaigns, and projects.
