PARTICIPATING WINERIES

BarefootBarefoot Wine & Bubbly
The Barefoot Winery is located in Modesto, California halfway between San Francisco and Yosemite National Park in the Central Valley. Barefoot Winery’s grapes are sourced from environmentally responsible farms which practice; Minimizing the use of chemicals, fertilizers, and pesticides through integrated pest management and alternative programs for bird control and weed management; Maintaining stream setbacks that are larger than required by law to protect riparian areas; Combining multiple operations on single tractor passes to reduce emissions and soil compaction; and Establishing wildlife corridors throughout the vineyard.

renaissanceRenaissance Vineyard & Winery
Founded in 1978, Renaissance wines are best known for their uncompromising expression of terroir and distinctive style. The winemaker handcrafts estate-bottled wines in a traditional European style. The Sierra Foothills vineyard is organically cultivated. Elevations range from 1,700 to 2,300 feet. After 30 years of extensive experimentation, Renaissance now focuses on limited production of the Bordeaux and Rhone families of varietals.

granteddieGrant-Marie Winery
Grant and Eddie have combined their skills to produce intense, elegant, terroir wines that eloquently speak volumes of the potentials hidden within the rough soils of Yuba county. Grant’s background as vineyard manager matches well with Eddie’s experienced palate for blending. Together they create fine wines of great character in a delicious array of both white and red. The wines express power, elegance, and finesse carrying a true stamp of the North Yuba terroir. This is accomplished through diligent attention to mother nature combined with classic vinification techniques, modern innovations, and the special character of our high elevation terroir.

PARTICIPATING BREWERIES

threeforksThree Forks Brewing Co.
Three Forks Bakery & Brewing Co is a friendly, small-town restaurant where visitors and locals come for delicious, homemade food made from the highest quality, local, and organic ingredients. Their well-balanced and tasty beer is brewed on site. Nevada County has an abundance of farms run by talented people, so if they can get an ingredient from here, they do. What they can’t get locally, they get regionally. At Three Forks, their mission is to brew delicious, well balanced beers.

olrepublicol’ Republic Brewery
ol’ Republic Brewery opened its doors in February 2012 in the historic mining town of Nevada City, a town made famous by the 1849 Gold Rush. Brewers Jim Harte and Simon Olney have always been fascinated with old-world beer styles. In addition to classic European lagers and robust ales from the British Isles, the brewery features American beer styles that date back to the mid-19th century. Inspired by these world-renowned styles, they handcraft lagers like a Dortmunder Export, a Helles and their version of a California Common. Their ales include an English-style IPA, a Celtic Red and the blackest Export Stout you will ever encounter.

Lagunitas-Brewing-CoLagunitas Brewing Co.
From points distant and beyond we all converged on Petaluma in 1993 and ’94 with an unenunciated desire to be more than we were before. The core of Lagunitas came from Chicago, St Louis, Memphis, Walker Creek, and the highlands of Quincy. The Lagunitas Brewing Co. was not so much an act of ordinary ‘foundling’ as it was willed into being by the unspoken desire of supportive beer-lovers in Northern California after which they continued to nurture their creation and urged us forward to fulfill the unifying needs of that same beer-loving diaspora from coast to coast and beyond.

Sierra-Nevada-LogoSierra Nevada Brewing Co.
Inspired by the nearby Sierra Nevada Mountains, our beers are designed to be as bold, wild and unwavering as those storied granite peaks. With respect to tradition and an unbridled passion for innovation, Sierra Nevada beers are inspired by the philosophy that anything is possible. We are committed to pushing the boundaries of craft beer and we look forward to the day that flavorful beers are the standard throughout the world.

newbelgiumNew Belgium Brewing Company
1989. Belgium. Boy on bike. (Ok, make that a young man of 32.) As our aspiring young homebrewer rides his mountain bike with “fat tires” through European villages famous for beer, New Belgium Brewing Company was but a glimmer in his eye. Or basement. For Jeff Lebesch would return to Fort Collins with an imagination full of recipes and a handful of ingredients ready to embark on a whole new journey. And then there was beer. Jeff’s first two basement-brewed creations? A brown dubbel with earthy undertones named Abbey and a remarkably well-balanced amber he named Fat Tire.

newhelvetiaNew Helvetia Brewing Co.
Originally established in 1890, the Buffalo Brewing Company was started by Herman Grau based on the successful breweries of Buffalo, New York. An ambitious brewery from the beginning, Buffalo became among the largest beer operations west of the Mississippi, with distribution throughout California, Nevada, Hawaii, parts of Asia and Central America. At New Helvetia, they make beer in a unique way.  They are a collection of tinkerers, mechanics, hot-rodders and experimenters, and their brewery reflects that. It is simultaneously true to the ancient heritage of the process, yet also steeped in modernity.  And just a little bit quirky, to accommodate their historic building and individual flair.

Auburn AlehouseAuburn Alehouse
When the Auburn Alehouse started producing craft beer in 2007, it renewed a long beer-making tradition in Auburn, though the last brewing company in the city went out of business more than a century ago. Brian and Lisa Ford knew they were creating something very special with their craft beer pub in historic Old Town Auburn, and they sought to develop a menu that was as unique as their landmark building.
