Crosby & Nash Live Auction a Success
The crowd went wild on September 10th for Crosby & Nash—and for SYRCL! At this concert presented by Center for the Arts, SYRCL held a 3-item live auction during intermission. This opportunity would never have been possible without the generosity of Mike & Nina Snegg and Center for the Arts—gracious thanks for this chance to promote and raise funds to further SYRCL’s mission. The Salmon Tour and gourmet picnic for 4 was purchased by Greg Ward. Tom Taylor and Susan Friglen committed to a trip back to Nevada City in January when they made the winning bid for the Wild & Scenic Film Festival package for two. The most talked about item, a photograph of Joni Mitchell, Listening to Music, taken and signed by Graham Nash, is now proudly displayed in the home of John Volz. Many thanks to all who made this a successful and fun night.
